A word from 3SUiSSES

In my role as CMO for 3SI-Commerce I was responsible in 2014 to migrate 3Suisses to a Pure Player. Starting in January with a target relaunch-date end of August that year. Our new Mission statement 'to become the most inspiring online French department store re. Fashion & Lifestyle’ meant a drastic transformation of the 3Suisses business model with huge implications for the 3Suisses brand, for both staff and customers. In Spring 2014 I contacted Isabel Verstraete from i-stories to help us defining the new positioning, developing a new communication strategy and realizing this. Perfect on time for the relaunch end of August 2014 the following was delivered: an i-scan, an internal and external SWOT analysis, competition analysis and strategic recommendations re. the new positioning of 3Suisses. A basic starting point for the 2 other deliverables, being the set-up of a tailor-made agency-team for 3Suisses that helped us in the development of a new tone-of-voice and photography style to be used in all media developing a ‘Big Idea’, differentiating 3Suisses in the market, and implementing this by producing a series of TV commercials 3Suisses has been successfully launched Autumn 2014 and Isabel’s i-stories has been a professional partner in this process and of great value in the transformation of the 3Suisses brand, a brand with a 82-year heritage.
